All our funding comes from the people of Sheffield, and it all goes back to organisations in Sheffield working for social change.

Every year we collect as much as we can, then invite working-class organisers and activists to fill in a brief application for small grants to support their work.

We hold the strong belief that folk who live without access to capital have a better idea of how and where social movement money should be spent than those who hold more capital. So, rather than the capital-heavy making these decisions we gather the resources and then create a space for capital-light organisers to take those decisions.
